Really nice little hostel. Great location. Nice free breakfast. Friendly staff who can recommend cheap places to eat. I didn't like that we had to pay for air conditioning in the room, considering it was so hot out when we visited in August.

The staff was very, very friendly and the place was easy to find with the description on the homepage. You can easily reach all the important sights. The next metro station is only 200m from the hostel. It is very small and newly renovated - so go there and have fun!

With my wife I spent four beautiful days in Budapest. Corvin point is a nice renovated and comfortable hostel close to the City. Zoltan is a great host; he gave us a lot of information and he solved all the problems that we had.

An unusually fresh and spacious room. Staff were friendly and were very helpful regarding all aspects of our stay, espcially in providing information about Budapest. Good breakfast was provided. Hostel was well organised, and provided opportuntiy to interact with other residents. It is close to...

absolutely everything about this hostel was top notch. the owner knows everything you'll need to know about budapest and is always happy to help you out. also, will give a special mention to the beds which were by far the most comfortable i've come across in my travels.

Both of the hostel staff were so chatty and actively helpful, and got conversation going in the common area, really helped people staying there get talking with each other.

I can only really make comments on the ratings above. There was a feeling of slight insecurity possibly because I was sharing a dorm with strangers and maybe the style or character of the hostel did not help that sensation - a piece of underwear went missing but that's also possible in a shared... more I can only really make comments on the ratings above. This is the perfect hostel in Budapest if you want to avoid a loud and crazy environment. Zoltan is one of the best hosts I´ve ever met, he makes sure that guests are happy and is more than willing to give the best tips on Budapest.

Private rooms are not worth the price - you can hear everything happening everywhere in the hostel and there is no window for ventilation so you die of heat.

I would not stay again and wouldnt recomend to anyone. small cramped space. The common area and kitchen are very small and not very accomidating.

So nice hostel. Good location to go out at night (well conected with public tranport) and nice breakfast. I really recomend to stay there.

Been to over 20 hostels and hotels and this is one of the best. The outside is off putting but inside its brilliant. Zoltan the owner is a legend. Ask him for anything. The kitchen is fantastic. Just brilliant all round.

Zoltan, the guy that runs the hostel, is an awesome dude. I havn't met anyone so helpful in all my years of traveling.

Dont be hesitated by first impressions as this is truly a great place to stay. Breakfast is sensational and local knowledge from the owner is endless. I highly recommend this hostel to everyone

best hostel i have stayed in, dont let the outside of the building put u off.it has history... its more like a home than a hostel. and the guy in charge is so lovely and helpful.rooms bathrooms etc are spotless,breakfast is better than i cud make myself:) highly recommend this hostel !!

Definitely worth to stay here! For this price we had a great time here and had a really nice, fresh and delicious breakfast which is included for everyone. Actually you can have even all the 3 kind of breakfast! The staff is very nice, and the ambiance of the hostel makes the entire stay...
