On the Buda Castle Hill, still very close to the downtown, with the knowledge of all you need! If we don't know what you are looking for, for sure we have a friend to ask it. The Castle Hill Hostel includes private rooms only but there is a very spacious common room so you have the chance to have fun together. The hostel has the most beautiful garden on the hillside where you can sit or lie down, etc. It has a relaxing atmosphere because of the trees and plants and because it's in a silent backstreet. But in two minutes you can find the first café or pub! Please note that check-in time is between 11-20! Check-out time is at 10 a.m.! You can get to Gellért Hill, Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Chain Bridge, Rudas Bath (the turkish hammam) on foot within 10 minutes. Deák Ferenc Square, where the major public transport lines meet (all the 3 undergrounds), is 12 minutes from the hostel on foot and 5 by bus (number 105 or 16). The hostel is 2 tram stops away from the Southern Railway Station ('Déli pályaudvar') and 3 from Moscow Square ('Moszkva tér') where you can find the famous shopping malls Mammut I and Mammut II and the recreation centre Millennium Park. The hostel is very close to the tunnel under the Buda Castle that you can walk through to the Danube bank (3 min!).

This hostel is more like flat - just what we were looking for. Everything what is written below is true. For those with cars - on weekends is parking free in front of building.

A wonderfully clean place to stay. More than enough room for anything we ever needed. Would stay here again and again.

Far from the center and a bit hard to find, but when there, you don't regret!

Very nice place so closed to the Buda castel ! To find it you have to walk throught the tunnel under the castel. The flat is very big and luminous. You share the appartement with other people, which allow you to meet very nice people ! We had a really good stay there, and the price is very ship...

A friend of the owner came to meet us to let us in. She was really nice and went out of her way to be helpful. The apartment was well-equipped and we had use of everything. The location was perfect being on the Buda side of the river.close

It is stylish, quiet, clean and safe. Beautiful surroundings in a quiet sidestreet just below the Buda Castle. The owner is very nice, speaks fine English and helped us out with extra bed for a friend. If you book the whole flat, you get a great place to rest after exploring the city. We are for sure staying here again when we come back to Budapest one day!close
