Such a terrific place to stay, felt instantly at home, everyone so friendly and welcoming. Best hostel I have stayed in!! Definitely a place to stay if travelling solo or small group.

This hostel is the only place to stay in Budapest. Best hostel I have ever stayed in. Staff are awesome, atmosphere is awesome and I have so far extended my stay 3 times and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. I love Carpe Noctem!!!!

The staff are the greatest as when I first came in the sat down with me for 10 min and explained all the sites to see and what Budapest has to offer. Very fun hostel as there is lots of group outings (clubing, dinner). Would recomend this hostel to single travellers as u will have a great time

Best hostel I've ever stayed in.Staff were really fun and friendly and would do anything for you, and they go out of their way to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your stay.Fantastic place....

Carpe Noctem defines excellency when it comes to hostels. The friendly staff will bend over backwards to ensure a great stay, the rooms are clean, the beds are remarkably comfy and the hostel-oriented activities are endless. Definately the best hostel we stayed at during our 3 month journey...

I've travelled all around the world and this is definately up there with the best hostels. The staff were all really friendly and this tranpires to the overall ethos of the hostel. Everyone went out together and I've been recommending it to everyone who is going to Budapest :)

No wonder people want to spend as much time in this hostel as possible (like 8 months). This hostel and the staff are both absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go back.

best hostel ever! the staff, the guests, the nightly activities and everything else about it made my time in budapest absolutely amazing. they even have memory foam beds! so book a room now, if they arent already fully booked

the staff and guests are so friendly you might never leave. It's close to anything you could want and there is always something going on. It was the most incredible experience and I enjoyed it so much I'm staying for a while longer

Had a really great time - the staff are fabulous, walking distance from lots of great sites. Bathrooms perhaps a bit small, but apart from that, highly recommend.

We loved our time here - everyone makes you feel really at home, great place to meet new people and just hang out. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Would love to stay there again :o)

Absolutely marvellous. Best hostel I have ever stopped in. Wish I could have joined in more of the activities. Great location, next to the station and within walking distance of all the tourist spots.

Very impressed by the warm welcome I recieved, and the immediate explanation of the area with a good map to keep and use. The people at the hostel were very friendly and I genuinely felt comfortable and part of the group. Will definitely stay here again the next time I stop into Budapest!

Carpe Noctem was fabulous. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Budapest. It is in a great location within walking distance of everything. The staff was great and gave great advice about what to do/where to go.

Fabulous Hostel - modern decor and staff can't do enough to help you. If there is a problem, the staff assist you very quickly and do all they can to rectify.
