This hostel was FANTASTIC! We booked a double ensuite room and, to our surprise, were given a newly renovated 4 room (plus bathroom) apartment! The staff at this hostel is amazing! the rooms in this place are gorgeous. it felt heaps more like a big apartment than a hostel. staff are really nice as well.

Great little hostel, with a nice atomosphere, good kitchen area and breakfast included is always good! no common area although it is a small place. staff are really nice.

This place was packed with character, the staff were very helpful. Loved that the beds were singles with two giant lockable drawers underneath, Fab idea guys. I just love you couch in the bath too!

Amazing staff. Very nice friendly crowd. Warm and welcoming staff. Great place to stay. Only wish they had a gathering place other than the kitchen. Great location within walking distance of many sights. Close to the metro and trams.

we stayed at the retro appartment. good location, a lot of space, everything you need (from sugar, coffee and tea to hair dryer, microwave and washing machine. if you got a sense for humor and you felt well at granny's we can recommend it! very nice and helpful staff!

This hostel is so homely, and the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, so easy to talk to. It is the kind of place to chill out, and meet other travellers at an easy pace. Aventura Hostel is one of the best hostels I`ve stayed at. It's extremely clean and the themed rooms are fantastic. It's a good hostel to relax in, but also great to party, as the staff tell you where to go out. Definitely a winner!

We stayed in the double bed flat across the road from the hostel, we loved it. It was big and airy with a balcony where we could enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long days of sightseeing. The Szechenyi Thermal Bath is only 40 minute walk from the hostel, highly recommended we spent 5 hours in there! Will come back to Budapest and would consider staying at Aventura again.close

Nice place, nice kitchen, everything very clean and homely. The staff is so helpful. They are really really nice. I missed my flight and I went back there and used the internet and the owner gave me some food for my journey. I would definitely go back there!

BED BUGS! Some staff unhelpful, Beds no more than a slab on the floor, no privacy in showers, I got bedbugs 1st night; changed us to another room & my partner got them the 2nd night (another girl too) They kept dodging responsibility trying to tell us they werent bed bugs etc. but slipped up... more BED BUGS! Great place to stay. Staff were excellent, very secure property, only downside was the distance to the main area, bout a 20min walk along the river. Other than that great!

Very nice hostel. Staff were great, very friendly and helpfull. Good kitchen and great place to meet other travellers. Small convenience store downstairs make it easy to self cater. Our last night was in a private room, which ended up being a whole apartment (to ourselves)... small one at...

Another awesome stay in our favourite Budapest Hostel! The location is amazing, the staff are really friendly and its really safe. Free internet too and a 24hr reception in a small hostel is pretty amazing. Hope to go back to aventura soon.

The people that work at this hostel are fabulous!!!!!!!!! I thought the location was great, especially since it was so close to the metro! 4 months in europe. Best Hostel I have stayed in! Anna rocks... really homely feel... go here. No specified time for check out or breakfast... they got a great attitude. Chill and enthusiastic... perfect combo!

This was a really nice place to stay. The rooms are amazing and being such a small hostel gives it a great atmosphere. The staff were really helpful and the place was sparkling clean. Location was a bit out the way but tram stops are nearby
