Was only here for an hour or so but could've stayed for the entire night. It's a bit of an institution in the city and is open years. If you do go make sure to have a 'half and half', a mix of white wine and champagne.

I tried the famous ‘house tipple’ which is called ‘Half & Half’ – half white wine, half champagne. Very tasty.<br><br> The whole place is maintained in old Belgian style and is really nice to while away a few hours in the afternoon, which is exactly what we did. <br><br>The waiters are smartly dressed in black and white including black tie, and are very pleasant and efficient. You’ll find a mix of locals and tourists in here. Perfect for people watching!close
