“ Located in the opposite corner to the Manneken Pis; we could even see it from our window. Nice & clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast served in the bedroom at the requested time. Just one suggestion: please place a shelf into the shower! ”

“ This is a great place for a couple to stay in Brussels. The location is absolutely perfect, we could see the Manneken Pis from our window! “ Great hotel. Breakfast was fantastic (breads and croissants, but come with a huge variety of spreads and cheeses, a full coffee pot, all on a tray delivered to your door!). Great location, clean rooms, cute building, good price. Would go back! ”

“ It was perfect. Excellent location.Clean.Friendly. Very good room with an old style furniture corresponding to the outdoor atmosphere. A big big plus - I was in a cold June day and the heating in the bathroom was working. Attention - there is a sheer staircase! Definitely will stay again.... ”

“ Kind of far from the train station, but not a problem when you are able to reach maniken pis. One of the staff don't speak english (only spanish), so kind of diff to talk 2 her. No lift, so you need to carry you luggage up the small winding stair to your room. ”

“ This B&B is nothing special, and 80 euros per night is expensive for what it is. What probably makes it so expensive is the location: just in the opposite corner of the Manneken Pis (the center of Brussels). A very normal place located in the very center of the city, thus, recommendable. ”

“ The staff at La Vieille Lanterne was very helpful and kind! It is a very nice spot, very close to what should be seen in Brussels, including the very cute Manneken Pis, which is just around the corner. It is spotless, but not a place to meet people. I recommend! ”
