We found the hotel really difficult to find, but we are female :-) I wouldn't call the breakfast, "breakfast", there was nothing of it. And the internet desparately needs upgrading. Very slow and kept timing out.

It's a budget hotel, not a hostel. A bit shabby but clean, and regarding the excellent location it's good value for money.

This is a standard 2 star hotel, with an excellent location, friendly staff, very clean. We were in a double room with private bathroom, the guy at the reception said it was too small but it wasn't that small, it was all very nice.

The location is great as it is a few minutes away from the Central station as well as the Grand Place. In fact, you see people partying already across the street! The staff were all very nice and they speak passable English.

Great stay which was soured by a grumpy owner who didn't like us leaving our 1 bag for a late pick up (8pm). He was rude to us when we came back. We'd think twice about going back there again.

staff was very rude when we arrived. made us move to another hotel as many other people have also said. they say they are free but they lie on the website so u still have to move back after staying somewhere else. very big hassle after a long trip. wouldnt stay there ever again.

The best thing about the property is it's location! This is not a hostel it is a nice hotel...Right near a metro stop and a lot of the sites. The room was a very nice size, comfortable beds and clean bathroom. I couldnt find the hotel at first, because the direction said only in front of Brose building. And actually, it wasnt in front of that. But if you find the hotel, it would be easy to reach it. The staff was nice, but he said 'You cant eat food in your room'. We left for a night to Amsterdam only to come back to a different room...they moved all our belongings. The rooms themselves were very musty smelling, our shower head was weak, and the rooms were pretty tiny. We did have a private bath which was nice, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this place, or Brussels in general...go to Antweerpen or Amsterdam instead...seriously. Also, Brussels is a gay capital, and this hotel is situated dangerously close to the rainbow flag area, FYI.close

really hard to find, the directions on the site are really bad and inaccurate....but once you get there the location is actually really good. ...rather strange there is a mirror above our bed.....maybe you'll like that, i dont know!

An excellent stay in Brussels. Right near the center of the city (a short walk from everything), really friendly and helpful staff, and reasonably priced. Would certainly stay here again.

This hotel was spectacular!! It was very spacious. It was very well located and accessible to everything. It was so nice that I stayed extra days. I thouroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back anytime. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I had an injury that made it unable for me to make it to the hotel. I called 12 hours in advance to cancel. I understand they have a 24 hour cancelation policy and asked if they could try to rerent my room. They said no and that I would be charged.
