Only place we could find that was on the cheap side. Breakfast was pretty lame (bread, cheese and jam) but the beds were comfortable and the showers were hot.

Our room was spacious and clean, staff were polite and helpful, if just a little pushy to get us out of the room by 11am (a phone call at 10.50 followed by a knock at 11). Only big concern was the window out onto the 'balcony' not locking properly, so not exactly secure. O hotel é bom, perto do centro, quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã, muito bom. O pessoal é muito gentil, com exceção de um ou outro meio mal-humorado...

It is 20 min walking from the center. Rooms are big, but the bathrooms always finished flooded so it was very uncomfortable if you keept there more than one day.

the sink in the bathroom was choking up the bed...it is the most uncomfortable bed i ever slept on. this is worse than my dorm room at uni.

This is a hotel not a Hostel. Location s good - it is close to the metro, and walking distance to the Grand Place. The neighborhood seems a little rough, and could intimidate some people - but I didn't feel unsafe. I wouldn't say it is a nice place, but if you just want a place to crash this will...

second stay here and would stay again. not exactly in the center, but easy walking distance and worth the price difference. not good for meeting other people, but clean and perfectly acceptable accomodation.

I won't choose this hostel again if I go to Brussels again. Because : 1. the beds are very dirty. 2. staffs are very impolite. 3. bad smell full of the room. 4. toilet door is easy to break. 5. the door is also easy to break.

Is not near the central station (40 minutes walking), but is near the north station (5 minutes, but uphill). Very bigs rooms.

it is a little bit far from the center. It is very close to the turkish neighbourhood, for the sake of safety, we go back to the hotel very early at night, but we really enjoy the turkish meal, the turkish pizza is very delicious.

Terrible location. Looked like a tornado had hit our room when we went to drop out bags off. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty...everything. Doors falling off the hinges on the closet and bathroom. Shower Curtain torn down. Fire in the building around the corner...and in a terrible part of town. Never stay... more Terrible location. The room is big and good. It is value for money. The hotel is located abit far from the city centre, 20mins from the market. Overall, this is a good place where you could get a good sleep with spacious room in a quiet environment.

The staff were not helpful at all. They had no maps of the city, so it was difficult to find out where the sights were located. They also would not help us when trying to find the airport

Plus from free parking. Rooms were nice for that price. Location was quite good, and the nearist tramstop is just 100 meters from the hotel.

Staff was not friendly / helpful... front desk was not able to give me directions when I was having difficulties finding the hotel. The rooms are not clean, the bathrooms are worse... would NOT recommend!

There are zebra and cow-print bed covers on the beds with no support, The hotel seamed stuffy, and not in a luxurious way, more like a vacant weird way.

The room that I stayed was not in a good condition. The chair is broken. The door of the bathroom is also broken. There are some problem with the shower. The towels and the sheets seems quite dirty and with smell of smoke.

Pillow had the consistency of cottage cheese (probably at least 10 years old). There was a rat (or something more sinister) in the ceiling in the bathroom. The ceiling tiles kept mysteriously moving up and down and there was random scratching and banging. However, floors and towels were clean.

The room where we stayed had a whole in the ceiling as did the bathroom. The brochure said that there is a TV and phone. Neither the TV nor the telephone worked. When we told the desk about the TV we were told that they would send a technician up but one never came.

The location information is totally a lie. It says only 15 min walk from the central station, but in fact, it should be at least 35 min walk; the location indicated on the map is inaccurate. Besides, there is no information about the tram, which is better(closer) than the metro and the bus. Other...

Sheets were clean, but the floor wasn't great. Generally has a run-down appearance. Lock on the door, though functioning, had some give to it, which suggested to us it might not be hard to break in.

La localización del hotel en su mapa esta mal, resulta engañoso, El hotel esta situado mucho mas lejos de donde uds. lo señalan. Lo que me supuso un gran inconveniente a la hora de buscarlo con la lluvia y demás. En este aspecto me sentí profundamente engañado.
