It's a hotel, both in terms of service and facilities. Wireless is good, staff is good, room is clean. The only thing that I could blame is location: it's 3 stops from the Station Midi, and after that a walking of 15 mins is needed.

El hotel está muy bien, a unos 25 minutos caminando del centro, el staff realmente muy predispuesto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias, estábamos en una doble con frigobar, TV, etc., altamente recomendable!!

Good place, I recommend it, unless you really want to be in the hypercentre. The tramway is close to the hotel to go quickly to the centre, however.

Budget hotel. If you need a place to stay it's great for the price, breakfast is included and it's nice enough. If you're looking for a party hostel in Brussels, this is not the place, but it's good enough.

It is actually a Hotel. The staff was rude since we arrived there! they have no patience to give information! We asked a staff to fix our TV channels and she came to our room in a so bad humor that I was completely afraid about her temper! It is expensive and the others services are good! Definitely a hotel. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and spoke multiple languages fluently. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

If you want to treat yourself keeping on a quite low budget this is the place for you. Very clean, comforteable beds,nice employees and a good breakfast buffet at less than 20 min walking from the main square Grande Place and five miniutes from the metro station Louise.

Alternatively, you can take the tram 2 stops from the nearest metro station. Staff friendliness was mixed. The asian-looking staff member whom we met on the second day was overly helpful, providing me more details than i required. She even went on the internet to help me find out more. However, the African-American (or something like that) was not so helpful. She did not know anything about local transport and asked us to walk 20 mins with all our bags to the metro station. She also did not know any good Belgian food to recommend. Did she just arrive or what?close

Generally good all round with a nice breakfast, a large clean room, on street parking outside the hotel and helpful staff. The only thing that lets this place down is its location as it is about 30 minutes walk from the Grand Palace and the public transport connections aren't great. I would...

Fantastic! Hostel prices and hotel quality! Great breakfest, slightly poor location, great staff, and worth every peeny. They also have a t.v in the rooms.

The Beau-Site is a great hotel to stay in. Price was good and the location isn't too bad. Right by the Louise stop on the Metro. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The receptionist Joelle was so helpful and gave me all the places to buy waffles and chocolate. A very good place to stay!

Nice cheap hotel, situated far away from the city centre, but you have the opportuninty to take metro (about 10 minutes walking). Good breakfast. Nice rooms.

nice and clean rooms, the breakfast is great. The only think that we didn't like was that the cleaning ladies started to clean rooms quite early and they were a bit noisy so they woke us up, though they just did their job...

I'm really not sure how this ended up on a hostel website. Absolutely beautiful. You won't find anything better at that price. TV and everything, even a min-bar in the room.

Stayed for a weekend. Our room was always kept clean and is located pretty centrally. The breakfast is quite basic. I would happily go back, especially for the price.
