Very enjoyable stay here. The guy who works behind the bar went out of his way to get certain things i needed and was always smiling.the only downfall is the showers(they shoot water evrywhere)i was in a 6 bed dorm and was just glad to have a bed.

This hostel was crap! Staff was rude and unhelpful also had to hire sheets for beds!! Kitchen only had enough cutlery for 1 person, also stairs were killer! I wouldn't stay here again, negative vibes all round..

This is a great hostel, just dont expect anything extravagant....like at a hostel. We had to stay across the street from the main building, which had a lot more character than the actual hostel.

If you're a non-smoker, I wouldn't stay here. Everyone smokes in the lobby and it drifts up into the rooms making them smell. Beds are a bit shabby and staff not very friendly. Only good things were free breakfast and lockers.

The sheets and blankets are compulory and costs you 4 euros extra above the hostelword.com price (Think it is also mentioned on their site)

lock out between 10.00 and 14.00 is ridiculous... lock up your sheets even if you're sleeping in the same bed?

The hostel was great, good location with an easy walk into Brussels and to all of the main sights. Right next to a metro link. Clean and fun with a nice courtyard! Would definitely stay here again!!

Not the best hostel, i am worried beceause we had to pay the sheets extra. In their description on hostelworld they didn`t told us this. so we had to pay 22 euros instead of 18 euros.

For the price we paid, I dont think it was worth it. The brothels a few streets down the corner would have been nicer places to stay in. When you are woken at 6am in the morning because work is going on out side your window, its not overly pleasant.

what is not nice is that when you have to change rooms during your stay you have to get out of the room at 10 and cant enter a new one before 2pm, kitchen is missing a lot of cutlery etc which makes it almost impossible to eat there when someone else is eating as well..

lockers had seen better days and internet was quite pricey. Wouldn't have liked to stay on top bunk as nothing to stop you falling out. However, great location, great staff, great vibe. will def stay there again

Initially difficult to find, but is not far from the main rail station. Massively useful maps of Belgium and the other main towns in Belgium in reception - don't leave the hostel without one.

Security was awful. Construction being done on the building at 7 a.m., literally feet from my room. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., I got there at 8:55, and the staff told me I could "put some bread in a cup and take it to go" as he threw away all of the other food right in front of me.
