All in all, sleep well is an excellent Hostel! The only drawbacks - 3pm check in (kind of annoying if you arrive early) and the lack of lockers in the rooms. All there is is a small cupboard you can lock. But still other then this, sleep well is one of the best hostels ive stayed in. A+

Directions to get here are poor - we got so lost. So here are ours: Come out of Rogier metro station, cross the main road opposite the glass pyramid. Walk down Rue Neveau (a big shopping street with Mc. Ds down it). Take the first left and keep walking, you should see the hostel on your right....

Showers were terrible! Our room didn't have hot water at all, but they did give us a different room the next day. However, in this new room the water in the shower was too hot and it wasn't possible to make it colder. Everything else was fine.

no internet in the rooms, staffs are indifferent except for the woman who works in the morning, close to shopping street, dunno if I would choose it again

My wife and I had a private room that was robbed, presumably by the cleaning staff. The room was entered twice after the do not disturb sign was posted. The staff was very non chalant about the fact and made no effort to recover or compensate for the stolen goods. I would not stay here!

Thought that was pretty expensive for a hostel. They charge £extra for sheets. Cost me more than £20 to sleep in a room with other 9 people. No bar service, no restaurant service, nothing at all. Will no go back defenetly.

I visited Bruxelles twice and always find this hostel a very good solution. Very close to the city center, good breakfast, clean rooms and facilities. Staff a little bit unprepared. The hotel is quite proper. Clean. Good location and service. Though a bit noisy during our stay because of the construction work nearby. Overall we love it and will recommend to someone else.

This place sucked. I did not engoy my time here at all and could not wait to leave. Everything about the place was unwelcoming. I was slightly annoyed that they played loud music in the halls, there is no such thing as a quite place during the day. So loud you can hear clearly in your room. NO...

I found the breakfast incredibly basic although as it was free, this could be expected. We were on the top floor and could go up in the lift but were unable to go down as you could not call the lift! the toilets and showers could do with a makeover and the breakfast could be a little more interesting but otherwise a really nice place to stay.. i would stay there again :-)

The hostel is central, just 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It looks nice and rooms and baths are very clean. the staff is kind and speaks english very well. Will stay again!!!

sleep well is a huge, quite centrally located hostel with friendly staff. It is quite anonymous though. The linen is not included and the breakfast (7-9 a.m.) consists of toast, cornflakes, instant coffee and some sort of instant juice...it is a good tip for a weekend away but really not if you...

There were no lights in the room and the staff gave us no assistence. The bathroom was dirty and had leakages. We wont come back there again!

Another bad direction. The best thing to do is look for a mall called City 2 and the hostel will be behind it. Another big hostel and very nice but to take a shower you have to press a button several times... this is weird! We recommend it!

The site advertises they are a "stones throw" away from all the monuments and whatnow... BULLSHIT. I walked for 45 minutes to see that stupid freekin pissing kid thing.

You have to leave the rooms between 11 am and 3 pm...and you are locked out which means your door card won´t work within those 4 hours! People who still sleep at 11 am will be disturbed and made to leave the room by the cleaning staff. No exceptions made. Location is great but wouldn't want to be walking the back streets by myself. Facilities are awesome. Free breakfast is a definite bonus although be prepared to eat A LOT in Brussels!

1st of all we booked a double room but ended up in a twin and 2nd of all there is no kitchen so you cant cook your own meals not that you could use the kitchen for lunch cause you are locked out from 11am-3pm. The address to this hostel is DAMIER not Daumier this cost me 2 hrs being lost!!!! The hostel was in a good location but in Brussels it's hard to be more than 5 mins from the sights. Would definitely go again now that I know where it is!!!

This was in an excellent location, easy to walk to most of the sights (and chocolate shops) in Brussels. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room we stayed in was lovely and clean, though we did stay in a private room so I don't know what the dorms were like.
