Its €5 for entry and you’ve got 366 steps to climb but it’s well worth the loss of breath for the view from the top! You can see the mechanics of the Bell Chime system along the way too. It’s a pretty amazing 360 degree view once you reach the top. It is located in Markt and is a ‘must see’ or ‘must climb’ while in Bruges! It’s best to go as early in the morning as possible because the crowds can make it difficult to climb the winding steps.close

As a chocolate lover I was a tiny bit disappointed but that’s probably because I was expecting Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory! But it’s still ‘not to be missed’.close

   If the weather is good, it is an enjoyable trip. The boats are not too big. We were told that no private boats are allowed on these waterways.Canal side cafes and restauants are a wonderful. For around 45 minutes trip you will pay around €15.

It lasts about an hour and a half and the guide delivers the tour in various languages. There’s great views of the city from the top of the brewery which makes for a good photo opportunity! Very enjoyable!close
