Many budget travellers and locals hang out there as it combines it's footprint with a popular bar (part of the Bauhaus Youth Hotel) serving the better and hard to find Belgian abbey beers. A great find. Truly enjoyed the evening out in this crazy and inspiring environment.close

I had made a booking in advance which was good because it was very busy when we arrived. Its a big place but we got a table near the back from where you could see the open kitchen. They seem to be famous for their salads but I decided to go for the garlic prawns to start which were delicious. I then had the Angus fillet of beef which was the special with bearnaise sauce and fries. The fries came in a paper cone on a stand which was a nice touch. It was all delicious. The creme brulee for dessert was also really good. The service was excellent but not in your face so we were able to relax over the meal for 2 and a half hours. The bill for 2 came to €97.90 plus service including a half bottle of white wine and a beer. Recommended!close

   I really liked this place. We just popped in for a couple of drinks after dinner. We actually walked by it when we were looking for it, it's not that easy to see. Its a nice place though and was packed on Saturday night. I'd say it would be lovely in Winter with the big open fireplace. Nice... more I really liked this place. I'd say it would be lovely in Winter with the big open fireplace. Nice mojitos! Think they were about €7 each so cheaper than at home. They have a good selection of beer too.close

   This is an Italian restaurant located right on Markt square. Nice selection of pizza and pasta and a good spot if you fancy a change from French cuisine! The waiter puts everyone in good humour (if they are not already!) by singing along (aloud) to all the songs on the stereo.
