A gorgeous hotel with character. Not the place to meet people, but more for people wanting to relax and have a good nights sleep. Breakfast was really good and location was ideal.

Hotel Leopold was great! Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff, good location right in the old town but also an easy 10 min walk from the train station. They gave us an excellent dinner recommendation. Definitely a good place to stay in Bruges.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Very cute & cozy. It was also very quiet so I had an excellent night's sleep. Extremely close to the main road that leads to the center of town. I walked to and from the train station and it was not very far. I would stay here on my next trip to Brugge.

very cute boxer dog walking around the meals area dribbling with saliva... hmm.. it may add to the character of this place (not many others) but if you think hygiene... hmm.. breakfast is from 8 to 9.30 and not a single minute after... :-) so if you had a late night or slept in - tough luck!!

This is an excellent budget hotel that I would recommend to anyone visitng Bruges. The place is clean and is centrally located, just minutes of walk from the rail station and other attractions. The breakfast is fabulous.

The best thing about this bed and breakfast is location. A bit pricy for what you get. Room number 2 small room and bath. Bed uncomfortable and bad air circulation. Clean although weird smell throughout hallway nice breakfast but not worth the price of the stay. You can find better deal any where...

Wonderful. The room felt like dungeon (in a cosy and positive way), and was well equipped, and the location was perfect. I don't really see why everyone was writing home about the breakfast, it was really pretty standard. It was nice that it was free though. This is an excellent place to stay if... more Wonderful. Great small hotel in great location. Quiet but close to everything going on. Six bed annexe house excellent. Good value. Clean. Breakfast good. No bad points, worth a stay.

This was one of the nicest B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was awesome. It was handy to the train station (for walking) and on the limit of the old town so you could escape the crowds but still get involved if you wished.

I felt at home when I was there. Calm and silence and being inside the city center or centrum...was perfect. If I wanna go again to Bruge I will go there again defenetly.

Hotel Leopold is a HOTEL...and a great one at that. Low price for good clean facilities just a block from the main square. Fantastic breakfast! The staff was good and waited for our late arrival but were a bit pushy when it came to keeping our room clean. Overall, good pick.

In the enteire hotel was an intense cigaretsmell. The room and the dinningroom smelled, we didn't appreciate that!

Beautiful big clean rooms with a lovely breakfast provided in the morning. Agree with other's comments about the very steep spiral staircase. Not something you would want to do after a few drinks.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room basic, but good and clean. Located on the edge of the centre. 10 minutes from the main square. I would recommend this hotel.

Very cosy and welcoming hotel in the centre of Brugge. Had everything you needed for a short weekend away. Would definately go back. (One thing to consider if you struggle with stairs is that the staircase up to the rooms is steep and narrow.)

The best thing about the hotel was the location. Right in the main area. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. We had a great stay in Brugge.
