Owner seemed ok but kind of scared me by stressing that I should lock my door behind me. Room creepy and rugs on bed not clean. Sheets seemed clean. Bathroom ok. Really freaked myself out with this place and had to move to a hostel! Probably fine if you are not travelling alone. Breakfast quite ok - breads, jam, sliced meat and a piece of chocolate! Perhaps the main building is ok but I stayed in the annexe.close

I felt like a local in the place as it was a simple apartment however when lifting the blanket to get tucked in found a couple hairs that were clearly not mine...

The building is charming and well located, close to the station. But the basement entry smells terrible and there is a general air of neglect about some parts. This place could be much improved. But the owner was helpful

I really liked the Bistro with the outer terrace, the thai-restaurant next door and the location. The fact that parking space is available and free is helpful as well.

It was ok. We requested a room with two single beds but it was only one double when we got there. They owner helped us out to put a small crappy single in the room. Otherwise good location, reasonable service. Breakfast was better than most hostels. No Common room so would be lonely for...

I was the only guest for 5 nights and it was extremely creepy staying alone in a place.(ie the owner /manager did not live on sight). all in all it was not good value for money nor was it a good example of what is on offer in Brugge.close

Upon arrival at the hotel, we found it to be closed - on a wednesday! we had booked and paid a deposit and when we called the number provided there was only an answer phone message. We left a message however we never received a response. We suggest avoiding this hotel.

It's very close to the train station, but anyway bruges is not too big, so in general any hotel would be close to it. It's TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get, for that price or £5 more you would find a very good quality one. Basic breakfast but ok. The reception area/bar is cluttered with everday junk and my wife was charged 50c(euro) to use the bathroom on the same day we checked out. Will not be staying there again and would not recommend the accomadation unless the person is desperate for a bed. The room however was clean & tidy.

The limit consumption date was 6 month ago for almost all the products served during the breakfast ! The most awfull point is the owner of the place. Don't expect to have a word from him (except the price of the room) and the word "smile" is not a part of his vocabulary.close

The heating you couldn't adjust as the knobs had been taken off, consequently we were freezing. It was expensive for what we got, and I found the man a little rude! Breakfast was average, not very happy. There were 8 of us all meeting for nye and booked to stay in one place, for convenience sake. He had over booked the hotel, and 4 of my friends were taken to a different hotel on the other side of Bruge. This was understandable, given the state of his office, which was in the reastaurant with paper everywhere, but was not good enough.close

Idealy situated between the train station and the centre town. Large breakfast. Not very well heated for winter months. Need to be modernised.

The hostel was extremely noisy because of the high ceilings and tiled flooring. Perhaps you could put some 'cushioning' around the door frames to stop them banging so loudly.
