the hostel is very nice and good location but we find the bathrooms not clean as we us to. also there were few bathrooms for a lot of rooms.

Great place to stay, awesome pub downstairs. Location is no problem, just 5-10min walk fron the market. good breakfast. will go back and stay again

Only thing more you could want from a hostel is cooking facilities. Apart from that they are top notch, super friendly and helpful with excellent rooms and great breakfasts. The attached bar and restaurant are also fantastic.

We were very impressed with the hostel after reading the reviews. Twin room was huge and clean. A 15 min walk from the square. Bar and restaurant good and busy. Free beer tasting!! Bruges card free giving discounts in Bruges and 10% off all food and drink at the bar and restaurant! Would...

Wasn't to bad. There are renovations at the moment so the internet cafe is closed as is a large part of the building. Overall pretty decent.

The bathrooms could be cleaner and more convinient, the bar is fun, the rooms are big, Bruges is small so it's easy to walk there, even though it's a bit far from the train and the center. Had a great time!

a little far from city centre, overall is good, but I dont like the bathroom and toilt. there is only one toilt and not very clean, the water of shower is warm, not hot. especially in the cold weather u cant take a nice shower.

solid choice all around, no downside really except the upstairs rooms are mostly all connected without doors. 3 rooms with 4 beds in each all small rooms, no doors, it can get a bit crowded, but it is fine in the end.

Despite what they advertise, it's about a 10 minute walk to the Market/Center of town, but it's still in a good location. The rooms and bathrooms are clean from what I saw of them, and the bar downstairs can be a fun time.

A good hostel. A few funny smells around. The stairs smelled of vomit and there was an odd rotten egg smell outside our room haha. But generally, a clean place to sleep and a very social happening bar downstairs. It got a bit loud at night so bring earplugs!

The staff was great, the breakfast was good, the showers were a little sub-par. It took us a while to figure our how to lock our door with the key card, and even then we couldn't tell for sure if it was locked when we were inside the room. Good location, close to the center of town and the bus stop.

If you're going to Bruges, this is the place to stay. Bar is great and staff are wonderful. I celebrated my birthday there and had a wonderful time. Check out the Doo Wop club and say hi to Sadio!

Stood at the bar waiting to check in for about twenty minutes; these folks were far more interested in serving patrons. Showers, sinks and toilets in three different rooms. The beds were damp and the entire hostel smelled like excrement; I think they have major plumbing problems.

They were redecorating while we were there so it was a little messy in places, but they were so so nice and it's going to look awesome when it's done! Definitely check this one out!

Without doubt the coolest hostel round. Clean rooms, decent showers and a rockin bar downstairs with plenty of Belgian beers. Had a blast there. The staff were awesome, particularly Angela who is probably the worlds best bartender.

We were happy to stay at the Bauhaus in Bruges and would most likely stay there again. We are an older couple in our mid 50s and had heaps of fun - the bar and the Sacre Coeur restaurant are fabulous, as was the free breakfast. We had trouble operating our shower and it was very hot but other...
