Opening hours reception: we are open all year 7days a week: 7am to 10pm. The Guesthouse is about 3-5 min walking distance from the beach of the lake of Konstanz, and about 500 m from the train station, the Bodensee stadium, the congress house and the promenade. We offer 2 - 6 bed rooms with private bathrooms. From April - September we offer additional beds dormitory style with shared bathrooms. We are looking forward to hearing from you!! Here are a few Sport Activities that you can experience: Beach volleyball courts, miniature golf, horse-riding facilities, bike trails, windsurfing, boat rental, tennis, skating, hike trails, ice rink, ski shuttle to ski resorts and sledding within 3 km. You can also use grilling facilities at the lake, sauna and an indoor pool. PLEASE NOTE!!: This is a Hostelling International (HI) Hostel. A valid HI membership card is required to stay at HI hostels. If you are not a member, an extra fee of € 1.50 per person and night will apply.

Great breakfast, perfect location - very close to the Bodensee, spacious dorms, only the shower rooms were really small and lacked space to put one's towels and belongings. Apart from that, absolutely recommendable hostel.

This hostel was so close to the water! The hours in/out were a bit complicated. Did I mention it was a two minute walk to the beach?

I came here to relax after 2 months travel. It was exactly what I needed. The location was perfect, the staff were helpful. The Breakfast offered was a very welcome change from the bread and jam I was used to. I would recommend.

More of a family hostel so lots of children but the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and security excellent. Worth staying.

Unfortunately we only stayed here from very late at night to very early in the morning, but the rooms were very spacious and clean, with a cool loft area. The bathroom was very nice and new. Close to the train station too. The staff was very nice and helpful.

i enjoyed the stay at the youth hostel as well as the cleanness very much. the breakfast was splendid and delicious. one "minus" point:i wished you had orange jiuce or some other kind of juice!!! maybe it's possible to add that to your sortiment ;)

We didn^t much like this place..No kitchen.. and on top of that you have to pay extra if you^re not a member..Also, strange communal type showers..and an icky brekfast.

This is a Hotel with (2)large bunk rooms on the ground floor. Families, teen-age hiking groups filled the bunk rooms when I was there. Outdoor swimming pool available.

The cleanest hostel I have ever stayed at. Some issues with the staff, the hostel closes at wierd times, but once we got in, the room was like a hotel!!!

Very nice hostel - nice staff and excellent free breakfast. Curfew is a bit of a pain though - ask staff for details - the security guard will let you in after hours at specific times.
