The restaurants around the area are quite good and cheap. I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood.

nice historic hostel, a little bit run down and not the next one to the center but a good alternative to the HI with a nice staff. They've got a shuttle service to the metro in the morning, free internet and some restaurants and pubs around.

Prescott International Hostel is a very old building with tradition in the branch. I saw people from Europe, Latin America and Asia . All of those people were young people every with diferent interests. Those things make an answer of that he is international!

This hostel is FAR away from downtown Boston! It lacks good entertainment and because it is so far away, I think, we didn't meet many people here. Downtown is about 30 minutes by both bus and metro! Rooms were nice and clean and everything looked nice.

When many people stay together, hot water is not available... However, staff at there were so kind and excellent! You should try the restaurant they recommend.

Tax not included in the price quoted by Hostelworld!! Had to pay extra $5 for my total, making it $68 instead of $63 shown by Hostelworld.. Which is the first time this has happened to me!!

Fine. It is really out in the sticks and the T does shut down fairly early so if you are wanting to go out etc then get your act together and book in town ahead of time. Aside from the location it was perfectly fine. I had one of the best sleeps of my life here.

The window couldn't be closed; it was stuck. The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, and considering the extensive mold on the ceiling it hasn't worked for quite some time. The floors were dirty, and I wonder how often the blankets are washed.

We arrived only to be driven to another place where the rooms were. Every room is a 6 bed dorm with toilet (which you share with your neighbour) and showers are down the hall. Not too far to bus/train station, computers good, kitchen average. Try stay in city if you want to go out.

The prescott offers a value for money service with very helpful staff. The location is fine- one bus and a tram 20 mins. Boston has public transit until 1200am. My only complaints the beds being very poor quality, also room booked was 2 dorm but placed in a 5 dorm with people checking into it late.
