I strongly suggest this hotel that is a real 4 stars and in a good location in Bologna, very convenient to reach the railway station and very close to the city center.

the lady at the reception was rude and unpolite, didn't seem to care about us as we were not business people, she was also grumpy.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. I booked in to the hotel because I was unwell and wanted to just watch tv and sleep. The tv didnt work and I couldnt sleep a wink because of the noise of a water tank or something. When I informed the staff they were completely useless and there wasnt even a manager...

Very handy for the train station, and within walking distance of the city centre. Not a pretty area, but a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

The Hotel Europa was very clean and cool! It was a great place to enjoy a hot afternoon and close to good places to eat and grocery shop if that is your style.
