very niceful..Near to center of bologna (fiftheen minutes)..the only negative aspect is the three bedded room too small..The best solution is two people for that kind of room..my general opinion is positive....

It takes two busses and at least 30 minutes to get there from the train station, and it is not in Bologna. Very clean. The ristorante is very good.

Location is very poor compared to what the ad for the place states. It is not a "few steps" from the main city. It is a half hour drive out by taxi. And taking the bus would be an hour or more. And other than the facilities in the hotel, there is nothing else in the area to shop or eat or do. The staff was exceptionally helpful though. And the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the shower did not work but the tub did. Though it was only luke warm water at best. May have been a random problem and we were too rushed at departure time to talk to the staff about it.close

To get from the train station to the hotel takes about 45 min. If you are out late(after 8:30), there is no bus service back. A taxi costs about 15^ from the centre.

Really good value and really clean but its a 30 min bus ride into town. The buses come about every 20 mins and the last bus from town is at 9pm. Taxis are quite expensive.

this place is not the norm for backpackers paying seventeen pounds a night, four star hotel with buffet breakfast included and swimming pool, bad location puts a dampner on it having to get two buses for the main train station, but definitley worth it for a break from hostels

When we were asking questions they looked at us as if we were stupid for asking and dismissed us. We ordered room service, and asked if it was vegetarian. We were told that it was. When we recieved it it was full of meat. We rang and told them it was not what we ordered and they suggested that we take the meat out! This was very insulting! Then when checking out I had to remind the receptionist that we had the room service as we were not charged for it. There was no record of it and we had to wait for around ten minutes while she tracked down the chef. We ended up telling them ourselves what we had. After paying and walking out of the parking lot to the bus stop we were chased down by the chef who told us that they did not charge us for desserts! Even after we had included them in our decription of what we had eaten. Then we had to look through our bags on the street for the money! This was disgraceful! I have never stayed in a place with such unprofessional and rude people. We will never stay there again!close

Horrible, miserable service attitude. Misleading information given prior to booking. It's miles away from Bologna itself. Buses to this hotel are terribly infrequent and the bus stop is on a busy main road with no traffic lights or proper pedestrian crossing.

Very nice hostel with very good facilities. However, if you want to get back during the night you have to take a taxi and pay around 16 euros. The only problem with the hostel is its location.

Not the best location in terms of exploring the nightlife of Bologna. Access to the centre isn't too bad by day (30 min bus ride), but the last night bus to the hotel is at 8.30pm.
