This is a really nice place to stay in Bologna. Eugenio is an excellent host, and the place is well located for a walk around the centre of town. It was quiet of course, because it's not a hostel, but that can be a good thing at times.

This B&B is fantastic! It is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed! If you are planning a trip to Bologna- this is the only place to stay. A fantastic place to stay I highly recommend it! Anna and Eugenio are fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble they are so helpfull and they make everything a pleasure. I wasn´t feeling well they arranged for me to see a doctor and get antibiotics. The room is a like a spare room in there... more A fantastic place to stay I highly recommend it! The owner is very friendly and it's a nice little place. Very comfortable. There are only two rooms, so it feels rather like staying in someone's spare room.

Eugenio and Anna were very hospitable and gracious. The guidebooks they provided were very helpful. It is a little hard to find, though. Via Orfeo is slightly of to the left from Via Castiglione, before you reach the perimeter of central Bologna. My stay was very pleasant indeed.

Room was OK but on 2nd floor without any lift, if you have heavy bags forget about this hostel! Breakfast so so but not bad.Owners barely spoke English. Location close to old city centre but far from train station.

Absolutely delightful place to stay. Anna and Eugenio are so sweet and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. If you want to experience a real Italian home, stay here.

Eugenio, the host, is very warm and personable. His home is near to the centre so it's an easy walk. The washroom isn't the cleanest and the water temperature is tricky but breakfast is good and the host is nice - these are the trade-offs we consider when travelling on a budget.

This is definitely the best B&B I ever stayed in. The painted door frames, an own small kitchen, the so so friendly staff,... It is just perfect.

Very good place to stay in Bologna! Is almost your own house, with a little breakfast, cheap laundry and the owners are fantastic! The location is very good also! I dont have any complaint.

Eugenio and Anna were fantastic! Super friendly and you must try the dinner, it's excellent! Great location close to everything in the city! You won't regret your time there! Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bologna!

This is a fantastic B&B in a great location. The couple who run it are friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations etc..and you have your own space and front door. Highly recommend it!

In this B&B you feel like at home, just because you are really living in at home. The owners are really nice, polite and helpfull. A pretty good choice to stay in Bologna (better if you can pay whatever you want).

Very nice, comfortable place, where you feel well immediately! Nice decoration and very friendly staff!! Only one tip: The hostel could extend the check-out time until 12:00... It would be also nice to have a place there where we could leave the baggages for a certain time..

Eugenio and Annalicia run a terrific B & B. It's spotless, comfortable and our hosts seemed honestly concerned that we enjoy our stay. They both are bery knowledgable about their city....their tips on where to go are great. We'd love to go back.

Thanks to him, I even ventured out of town... The house itself is about 5-7min walk south of the two towers (in the heart of the centre) and has everything you need. The house and the rooms within it are completely secure; you get your own keys and so you can come and go as you please. Terrific. No need to look at other options.... Book with confidence. Located just few steps from the historical center of Bologna. Very clean and very nice apartament. The owners are very friendly - both are artists and speek english. They gave us plan of the city, catalogue, many informations and helped every day. Every evening we got a nice suprise (like a chocolate or fruits in the fridge). We stayed in double room with own kitchen, bathroom and a room with wine and books about local cousine. Eugenio - the owner - gave us lots of advices where to eat and what to see. They can also pick you up from the airport, make laundry or stay with children - all for reasonable price. We felt like in 4 stars hotel! WHEN YOU ARE PLANNING A VISIT IN BOLOGNA - STAY AT B&B ANNA !!!close

I absolutely recommend this B&B to everyone, it is amazing and you feel like home. It is very clean, very comfortable and the decoration is really nice. Eugenio, the owner is really nice too. It is very close to the university, to the towers and to everything in the center.
