The staff at Gulec were very friendly and helpful. They arranged breakfast early so that we could eat before catching a coach. The hotel has a lovely garden, and is quiet and peaceful despite its central location.

The New York Times recommended this place and we thank them for this advice! The staff is so nice and helpful. We felt enormously welcome. A charming place to stay and very central to everything. We were charged extra for breakfast despite it supposedly being inclusive in our rate. The management couple were very charming, but not able to communicate at all in English and when I showed them that it was inclusive of breakfast, they did not understand so had to fork out anyway which I was annoyed about as our exchange rate is very poor.close

The family that runs the hostel is very nice and helpful. They want you to be happy with your stay. They have a lovely garden and are on a quiet street.

A wonderful place to stay. A beautiful place to relax in crowded Bodrum. You take your breakfast in the garden, which is nicely frotected against the loud city.

Fantastic hotel! If you come to Bodrum, this is a great place to stay. The owner and his wife were so helpful with tips on where to visit and swim. Hotel Gulec is run by a lovely Turkish family. They made us feel really welcome during our stay and had lots of helpful advice. Breakfast time in the garden was always fantastic.

The hostel is wonderful. Hostel's owner and their staff are very friendly and they gave us all the information that we needed. The rooms are extremly clean and you can also have breakfast in the open air under the trees. Very very good.

Great location: two blocks away from Bodrum's main street, three blocks from the bus station. Clean, safe, good breakfast, friendly staff and so on.
