The guys here were good value, but honestly not the greatest hostel. The facilities were very dire and don't expect a booking to mean anything. But I'd probably stay somewhere else and stop by for a drink instead.

Really bad place. Make sure to avoid!!! Sheets had stains all over them; the bathroom had a very strong sewer smell; there's a bar below which went on till 3am; the worst was we almost missed our bus as we wanted to check out and needed one of the staff for our passports, but there was no one to... more Really bad place. After an extensive search we found one of them sleeping on the roof - this meant: no security at night as anyone can approach the rooms.close

The people working in this hostel are really really not helpful, they didn't keep for us the rooms we have reserved cause they said they have forgotten... at the end they have arranged a four people room instead of 2 double rooms and also it was really dirty. The worst hostel I have ever been to.

This place has a great location, but its pretty scummy and very loud. Had about three dogs barking accross the road all night and general street noise.

Many info in the site are wrong. Reservation it is random but like many place in Turkey. Staff is cordial.

things settle down around 3.30 am so you should get a good days sleep- but you may miss the 10 am breakfast

Really cheap and centered. But the cleanliness was far from minimum. The toilet smelt disgusting. In summer the hot is hard to stand, even during the night and the noise from the bar and the cars is annoying.

Bodrum Backpackers was a very good option for the price. No air conditioning but you could rent a fan for a small fee. Only 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to most attractions

Arriving at Bodrum Backpackers things looked pretty good, scratch below the surface and they need to employ a cleaner BAD. Someone to clean the toilet, room, stock paper just the usual stuff. Location was good but thats about it, clean up your act.

Not a very fun place. the bar ıs very loud at nıght but not cheap. the bathrooms stınkl. oh and there ıs no breakfast or ınternet! don't let them fool you. İt ıs cheap, but for a reason.

Management was very poor. We didn't get the dorm rooms we had reserved. The place ins't ventilated properly and the bathroom we were sharing stank to high heaven! Location was good so we escaped most days but there was no real communal area and the bar downstairs wasn't cheap or fun.

For sure not the best Hostel but what can you expect for this fantastic rate.It was absolut funny with mehmet, the real friendly staff and the guests from all over the world. Everything uncomplicated. If you only need a roof over your head and dont need the standard of a hotel - this is the best...

My first time in Turkey and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Tarik was full of information, and really helped my fellow travellers and me make our plans. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be having this amazing experience in Turkey. I will be back for sure!

the only complaint I have is that the welcome was pretty non existant and we were left stting in a room unsure if it was ours. Didn't know how to access the internet and no one was ever around to ask questions. Managed to figure everything out though - bodrum was great fun. Apart from us...

Do not book this hostel. I arrived and they had given bed away even though deposit had been paid. Staff were rude and no help. Pub underneath goes all night and music is loud all night long.

Bodrum Backpackers offers alot but delivers very little. Staff are very laid back which is great but the hostel leaves alot to be desired. Backpackers need to keep in mind some of the rooms are above the great bar downstairs which goes off and can be very rowdy until the early hours.
