I think they should provide hot drinkable water to the customers. But the staff, especially the one who in charge at the reception in the afternoon, are really nice. By the way, it'd be better if they provide the breakfast free.

At first it also seems great until you look up and see the above the shower there is a large amount of mildew growing. It is quite disgusting and could be dangerous to breathe in. I would guess that most of the rooms are not like that and we were just unlucky. It was a quite and comfortable hotel.close

This was a great hotel with complimentary internet access. The location was good; right off of the tram line (a quick 10 min to the Guggenheim), close to shopping in the old town.

Definitely more of a hotel type place. Classy, but a little on the expensive side if you're trying to travel on a budget.

- The room was very cold. Even when we asked to put on the heating, it wouldn't get warmer - There was a lot of noise early in the morning

Convenient, flexible hours. Worth it to spend a little extra money--SO much nicer than a hostel!

Very good location and friendly helpful staff. Very good value for money. Not really any communal areas though and from what I saw, no bar!

OMG, this is sooo worth the extra money. I stayed here one night after 4 in a party hostel in San Sebastian, and it was like I died and went to heaven. Beautiful, tasteful, helpful staff and perfect location. I hear some rooms have internet, mine only had a DSL connection for laptop.

The staff are helpful and polite when asked, but quiet. The area is a good one - definately the most picturesque place in bilbao.close

This is not a place where you come to hang out with the other guests. At all. But it was very luxurius - and nice to spend one night in your own room, with own shower and so on.

Close to all the bars and restaurants in Casco Viejo and walking distance to the Guggenheim and other sites. The rooms are very funky, although the bathroom was more of a corridor than a room. Make sure you are going with someone you feel very comfortable with - the bathroom doors are glass!! Our room (107) was very noisy on the weekend because it backed onto the staircase and all guests had to walk past it to get to reception. Not a problem on weekdays though when the hotel was much quieter. I imagine it is alot quieter on the higher floors. I strongly recommend this hotel.close

There was no hot water in the mornings, only in the afternoon and evening, and i didn't like that. The rest of the aspects about the hotel were good, i don't have any other comment to make about it. Thanks for your service!

Brilliant for a weekend away as a couple. A small but well presented and clean room, and the location of the hotel (right on the edge of the old town) was ideal for bars, shopping etc. Reccommended.

This is a hotel rather than a backpackers. But if you want to treat yourself to a hotel room on your travels this is a good one. It's right in the centre of the old town, very clean, free internet access in your romm and great beds. But don't stay here if you want atmosphere and fun.

Try to avoid staying on the 5th floor as on the 6th floor is the dinning room and they set up for buffet breakfast from 6.30am and you can hear everything. Quite noisey overall for the price you pay!

I really enjoyed our stay in the property. It was full of character and a great location. It would be nice to have some single rooms. One of our group stayed on her return journey and had to pay for double. I know this is a common problem . In summary, we all were very pleased.
