We were most delighted of our stay at hotel Bilbi. The staff that welcomed us was very friendly and gave us a free introduction to the city and its attractions. The room was new and made a hotel-like impression. And this for a very very moderate price. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great staff, the hotel is super simple, but they are very worried about having clean bedrooms. The heating system works really well. I stayed there alone for 4 nights and never saw any violence/crime in the neighborhood.

Staff spoke very little english but were helpful, patient and polite all the same. Location was quiestionable and the hotel was undergoing some work so building equipment was left everywhere. Otherwise rooms were neat and worth the €20 stop over

The hostel is really nice, the rooms are clean and pretty modern. The location is not the best one, since the hostel is located in the red light area of Bilbao. Take care during the night!!!!!!

It's an actual hotel not a hostel, but it's cheap and it has all the advantages of it!! location is good, it's a quite dodgy neighborhood but if you avoid certain streets everything will be fine. The man with moustaches is awesome, one of the kindest people I've ever met!!!

Not a bad hotel/hostel - quite comfortable and location is okay also, fairly near two metro stations. Near a bad neighbourhood and have to walk up an incline, but it was not that much of a problem. Alright for the price!

The hotel is clean.. they are renovating it now. But it is located in a scary quartier.. you have to pay attention, not just in the night.

Was actually a hotel rather than a hostel. No ac in room. 10min walk to the old town 15min to train station. Room was tidy and had a tv in it with internet in lobby. Staff where polite and provided map of the city. Stay off san francisco street near hotel though its a bit dodgy.

Se vuoi trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna della criminalita, l'hotel Bilbi offre una vasta gamma di reati: tre night-club a qualche metro di distanza, spacciatori e prostitute per tutti i gusti. Un luogo adorabile!

This is really good value for money and the staff are very helpful. The only downside is the location - not a nice area and as two women it felt quite threatening at times, even when avoiding calle san fransisco!

The location is closed to the city center, but the area is not really quite. Cleanliness of the room is ok, but in general is poor. No breakfast. Internet available. Price is ok.

DO NOT ARRIVE LATE AND TRY TO FIND THIS HOSTEL! The area during the night can look scary at first. But we had a great time and the staff was helpful! The shower was hot and the bar across the bridge was AMAZING!

El hostal no era para nada lo que esperabamos. Las paredes de la habitación estaban llenas de chorretones (a saber de que). La tapa del water se movia y ademas estaba llena de pelos lo que me da a pensar que no habian limipado el baño...
