This innovatively designed, new Hotel Bilbao Jardines , hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. Being situated in a pedestrian street, the hotel is surrounded by the charming atmosphere of the most historic part of the city, yet you can still reach the hotel by car. The train station is also only 5 minutes away. Just around the corner you will find the Santiago Cathedral and the famous Guggenheim and Fine Arts museums are only 10 minutes away. Business travellers will appreciate being just 15 minutes from the Euskalduna Conference Centre, and the desk and free cable/Wi-Fi internet access in the bedrooms. Opened in March 2005, the hotel also offers air conditioning , internet free of charge by cable , and a 21-inch TV in the rooms. If you have forgotten your alarm clock, you can also receive a wake-up call via your telephone, before heading down to enjoy the continental breakfast (extra charge). Right in the middle of old town, but not noisy. Lots of resto&bar. Not easy to get there by car. Actually a hotel.

perfect place to stay right in the center, very clean and modern, with an amazing pintxo bar right next door. staff was very helpful, even in the wee hours of the morning when reception was supposedly shut down.

It's new and the space is very nice. The low points are that I could hear people walking upstairs and since it was a little cold, there were no blankets in the room. Maybe it was the first cold day of the year and I didn't want to turn on the heating when a blanket would do the job just fine.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Our only complaint was the room was hot with broken AC and the window opened into an enclosed courtyard so there was no breeze.

We will surely recommend it to people going to Bilbao. We liked the kind, friendly and relaxed atmosphere . Very helpful and great value for the money. We spoke to another Danish couple ,and we didnot understand why the hotel didn´t have 3 stars!

El desayuno puede ser mejor. No hay yogurt, ni fruta, ni carne...Para 4,50 euro, no vale la pena. Pero todas las otras cosas, bien bien bien!!

We arrived late and left early. The beds and shower were nice and the staff as friendly as expected at 1am. The hotel is right by the bus station which made getting there very easy.

This hotel is really nice and is well priced. The location is in the old city of Bilbao, which is a good place to stay. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.
