We went to Bilbao mainly for the guggenheim museum and the hotel is 30mins walking distance from it and facing the river. There is a construction nearby and it's a bit confusing with the road diversion and we walk a big round to reach the hotel. The staff is nice and the room is clean. It's a...

This is more of a hotel and we were only there for a night so it was fine for what we needed, but if you were in Bilbao for longer it would probably be better to stay somewhere more central.

The absence of receptionist through the afternoon for arrivals/departures provided a difficulty.

When i say location is not so good i mean, its far from the main areas, and there is only a single bus that goes by there. Otherwise the view of the canal is great and so are the rooms

Brilliant hostel! Great atmosphere, well run. Clean, with friendly staff. Highly recommend to all! Ask staff for recommendations for restaurants- they told us about a fabulous tapas bar.

Little far away from the center of town, however, a nice walk nonetheless. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was the absolute best I've had thus far in my 3 months of travel in Europe!

Location is not the strong point: 40 minutes walking to downtown, 20 minutes to deusto. This hotel is very clean and safe, with keypads in the entrance and "tarjetas" to enter the rooms.

Not actually a 10 minute walk from the metro, more like 20 minutes. No food allowed in the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was just okay.

great place to stay. It is a bit out of the main part of town, but that was fine, it was an easy walk to the Guggenheim along the river. Nice view, the wifi was wonderful, and the breakfast was huge. I'd stay here if I ever came back to Bilbao. Very friendly staff, very clean and great facilities.

There is a secure car park but we were not told this when we booked thus it was full .The hotel is very hard to find and in a rather unpleasant part of Bilbao , often smelly. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Hostel is basically in the middle of the industrial ghetto. NOTHING immediately around. However, bilbao is small so it is not hard to get to the good parts. Room was nice, bathroom nice. If you get there before 10am you have to call to be let in and there are no phones ANYWHERE near by.

nice, small budget hostel. very clean, towels changed 7 days a week. secure and close to city/metro. only thing not working properly was the wi-fi connection (security issue) and automatic tel. alarm (didn`t ring at all) so bring your own :-)

This is a decent hostel located on the river, about ten minutes from a metro stop. It is more like a hotel, and the security is very good because you use a keycard for access.

The location is pretty bad. Their brochure says "minutes away" from the Guggenheim, which isn't totally inaccurate: you can still measure the walk in minutes, not hours, thankfully.
