We had a problem with the booking and the staff was very helpful in sorting it out. Very clean and comfortable. Only two train stops from the bus station. Free computer and wireless were great. We would go there again.

Very hard to find when driving from directions given ... print a map. Construction site literally outside the window. No atmosphere, but not terrible if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few hours.

Very out of the way. Hard to find even if you have a car (is too far out of the way to be on most maps of Bilbao, including the one they give you at reception!).

It's far from the center but we had a car so it was perfect for us. Unfortunately the room was smelly (fish....we don't know how and why) but was ok.

It is a really eay rife into the centre. The rooms at the front can get noisy though. We were looked after well. Practise basic Spanish phrases!
