This place was brilliant. For such a stylish place I feared the customers might be up themselves but its not the case. This place .... perfectionclose

   hey guys, when i was on the insider tour pub crawl (see my other review on that one), the first bar they took us to was the Ostzone bar, a real former east german pub. the whole place was covered in stuff from the former east berlin, things like flags, pictures, photographs, but also a piece... more hey guys, when i was on the insider tour pub crawl (see my other review on that one), the first bar they took us to was the Ostzone bar, a real former east german pub. the whole place was covered in stuff from the former east berlin, things like flags, pictures, photographs, but also a piece of an east german car and even the thing from a gas station. prices were great and we went back to the pub the day later and played table socker all night long! great hangout close to hackescher markt, towards the river.close

Food is nice as well hearty meals to say the least. Not the same without the college gang tho!close

   This bar was crazy. Just wish I'd my camera with me to upload some photos with this review! It's like something out of 'The Matrix' with old tins, barbed wire, metal and other materials decorating this large bar.
