We (2 adults and two boys, 15, 12) really enjoyed our stay. The beds were good and the bathroom was clean and it was very quiet at night. Interesting surroundings too with lots of different restaurants and little shops. It was just the perfect place for those who want a quiet stay in a busy town.

Very nice area of Berlin, charming building (check out the courtyard!), supermarket just across the road, excellent breakfast, you get your own key to the room and house, and everything was very clean. The owner was very helpful too. Would definitely stay again!

next time i would prob find somewhere better located. good place but location isnt ideal and directions arent great... is near the hard rock cafe... room was fine, breakfast was very good!

Nice location. Quiet & easy to access city central. Breakfast is great(buffet style, bread, serials,coffee, tea,juice,fruit, ham,cheese,etc). but, no free internet.

One of the best "hostels" I have ever been. In a nice neighborhood, close to the tube, great breakfast, extremely clean. Go to a place called "100 hundred beers" near there, it is great.

Very good value for money, nice atmosphere and clean rooms. Hotel is in a quiet but still lively area, surrounded by the Ku'damm and numerous restaurants. Great choice for a relaxing stay in Berlin.

VERY secure - three keys; one for the room, one for the front door and one for the outside gate and a buzzer on arrival. Lovely period style decor and nice atmosphere.Good breakfast. Just off the Ku'damm but in a nice quiet street. Highly recommend it.

Our friends got a small room with two single beds one in an alcove and one by the window with no room to push them together. We asked for another room for them (they were very helpful) but the replacement wasn't particularily nice so they stayed where they were. Owner and staff lovely and very helpful, breakfast was a good continental. Just make sure you tell them when booking that you want a proper 'Irish' double bed (i.e) a bed big enough for two wee leprachauns or alternatively two singles which actually fit together seemlessly.close

So hot and no A/C. great location just a short stroll to city centre. staff were helpful when they were there. they didnt sell water either which we think is a must for any hostel these days. security was very good.
