I booked through the net and they didnt charge any extra for that, only the exactly amount that it was missing....anyway, it is really worthed to stay there!! I loved it!!close

WATCH OUT FOR OVERCHARGING if you book or get your prices online. they also do not respect any down payment you may have put down through an online service. if you question them or try to pay the price quoted online they will threaten you and say they will call the police!!! the 'apartment' i... more WATCH OUT FOR OVERCHARGING if you book or get your prices online. they also do not respect any down payment you may have put down through an online service. if you question them or try to pay the price quoted online they will threaten you and say they will call the police!!! the 'apartment' i was supposed to get was in some kind of separate building and right next to a driveway with a car in it. there were no window shades in the bathroom and no wifi despite them saying they have it online. hence, making it unable to check the real rates of this 'apartment hotel'! in fact, they were going to charge me to access it if it did work! they also DID NOT have an iron, no phone in the lobby or in the room. you have to walk five minutes to get to the closest pay phone. even through i needed to pay by credit card (as the listing said i could do online) they still wanted cash payment and told me to go into the 'city' to take money out through an atm. mind you, there was no convenience store or atm until the next train stop station. that gives you an idea of how far it is from the city center. i actually had to get another room that was shared with a bathroom because this 'apartment' was not adequate or true to the description or pictures they have online. they didn't have anything i needed so i really had to get another place to do my work for an academic conference that i came here for. i have stayed in other hotels and hostels in nyc, the uk, france, italy, japan, and germany but have never came across any kind of drama like this before. my advice is to get something could find something better, cheaper, and closer to the city center. the american embassy will be moving downtown too so i am sure they will get less business. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!close

Very, very far from the center. But quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood. Staff is not up on how to deal with Hostelworld reservations -- they didn't want to credit me the ten percent deposit! But, the rooms are spacious and very nice. Although far out, U-bahn station is just ten minutes away.

VERY far away from the city, but other than that, for the rate we got during hte world cup it was a great stay
