No lockers in room is an issue. Most staff were nice, but you had to be lucky. A couple of the girls were really unfriendly and unhelpful. Room stank of vinegar when we first arrived. Floor boards lifting and drain blocked in shower.

Nice hostel and very clean. You do have to pay for the sheets and you can't get on any other floors but your own which is a pain if you are trying to meet up or hang out with people.

Location is really good. Close to the center/shopping mile/city. There are 4 S-Bahn which bring you to the city. Furthermore there is also U-Bahn connection. Hostel is very clean, Security is excellent, friendly staff, but hostel as usual also clairaudient. Therefore if you really are looking to... more Location is really good. Great Hostel. Close to everything. Showers weren't the best though - the timer system gave you about 8 seconds of water before you have to start it again! but would definately stay again.

Great location, easy walk to the main attractions and shops. No lockers in the dorm rooms which was a bit of a concern. Also, the common room was their bar so you felt like you had to buy drinks from them.

Great hostel, very close to a train staion, if you can find the hostel from there. friendly helpful staff. no lockers in the rooms though. bathrooms are pretty nice and clean. a lovely place to stay!

There was no lockers in rooms, only in basement which was annoying. the lady who cleans the toilets on the first floor was mean and rude to us and wouldn't let us use the toilet when we wanted to.

The location is P E R F E C T. From TXL 1 bus stop before Alexanderplatz and cross the street. From SCH take the S-Bahn to Hacket Mkt. The hostel is very clean and completely NEW! One of the best hostels that i´ve been in my life. Not expensive and close to everything.The hostel bar is open 23...

This hostel can't be more in the centre of Berlin and close to clubs around the TV tower. Easy to find, I'll recomend it to anyone who wants to spend a while in Berlin.

Excellent facilities,Great atmosphere.I just found that the staff sometime felt bothered by questions, they seemed to get annoyed when you needed assistance. I still recommend this hostel it was good value.

A very nice atmosphere, especially at the bar. The location is central to a lot of things (pub crawls, walking tours), and the area is very safe. Not too loud. The showers are a little strange as others have mentioned. Very secure. The internet is slightly pricey.

Advert suggested they took credit card, but they didn't. Cash on arrival only. Overall, was clean & tidy.

The hostel is in a good location, close to all the sights, but also the main tourist area. There are more interesting areas to stay in Berlin. Everything costs extra - breakfast and internet are ridiculously overpriced. Most staff were friendly, and the showers were pretty good.

Hand soap at the toilets should be supplied... its disgusting knowing so many people are walking around the hostel without washing their hands! The breakfast was nice but very expencive when thinking its at a backpackers hostel.

check in time is 2PM despite them asking what time you arrive when you book online. security is pretty good, music downstairs is quite loud...overall a good experience though, would definitely stay again.

The rooms were a little messy and the toilets were filthy. The showers were slightly annoying because you had to press the button every 10 seconds to for the water. But overall pretty good, you couldn't get any more in the centre of town!

We had a lot of fun here and met some great people. Really easy to get around Berlin. Would recommend the pub crawl- everyone was up for a laugh. Nice big rooms, really airy compared to most hostels. Definately come back
