i wasn't there long enough to venture into the common areas, but the room was great, the staff was informative and helpful, the hostel was centrally located in a decent neighborhood with bars, food and market nearby (and the metro stop).

Wonderful location and very friendly, helpful staff, the only thing lacking was perhaps somewhere central for the guests, for example a bar or cafe. Other than that, it's one of the best hostels I've stayed in, and I'll definitely stay there again when I return to Berlin.

Lovely hostel. Really clean, warm and very friendly staff that helped us out a lot when we needed help. Great location, really close to the tube and lots of great bars and cafes. Highly recommended!

+ free wireless lan - no desk in single bed rooms all in all recommendable! located in an area with a lot of nice bars and restaurants. good connection to the underground: only 20 minutes to the central station with U2 (change at Alexanderplatz)

There was a bit of a mix up with the rooms (ordered twin and got a double) but the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to sort the situation as best as possible. Very clean and close to everything - would stay there again.

The room was not heated and it was very verry cold for us in there. The bathroom was clean the day of our arrival, two days later it has not been cleaned once and it was filthy .

nice rooms, in the midle of hip prenzlauer berg... relatively calm (besides the tram running outside), but poor showering (only a few seconds due to poor working touch control sensor instead of faucet) and NO heating in the room we felt a little bit cold in cool berlin. would come again, but...

There's tram passing by in front of the hostel, which means convenience but also noise, which could be a bit annoying. Location is great, easily reachable from the airport and is actually in a pretty chic area with lots of eateries. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Good location in Prenzlauer Berg, if you like the Eastern side of Berlin. Good communications to Mitte as well. The hostel is not as nice as described on the website, and when we arrived at 11.30 pm, we had to wake up a staff member to even get sheets for the second person in the room. It's a neat little area, not so much near to the sights but the metro stop is a short walk and there are bus stops right outside. The hostel rented out bikes so we actually just rented the bikes and biked to all the sights (which I highly recommend doing). The location is pretty good, 5 min walk to Eberswalder U-Bahn station (3 stations to Alexanderplatz - the main hub). The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean; I have absolutely no objections to them. Juan gave us wonderful suggestions regarding restaurants. He definitely deserves a raise!!!! However, the bathroom is very dirty! If you are lucky to get there right after it´s cleaned, great! Otherwise it only gets worse. Suggestion: clean it several times daily!

Great, clean hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There's a U-bahn at the top of the street and lots of places to eat and drink nearby. I don't think it matters what your location is in Berlin. It's so easy to get around. Loved it!!

A great location in Prenzlauerberg. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. A very clean hostel, with friendly, helpful staff, who all speak english. Generous check-out time of 12noon. Would definitely stay there again.

The website made this place look better than it actually is. You basically have a big, white room. It's a bit on the outskirts of berlin, but there is a nice restaurant across the street. It is loud at night due to the squeaky stairs and floor.

Excellent location in a very trendy neighbourhood, close to everything (shops, restaurants, clubs). The room was nice and light. I would definitely stay here again!
