Good food, good service, nothing great about it really. My family like it so we go once a month. It's better than TGI fridays, and the burgers are the best thing on the meal. If you like coctails, TGI fridays is a treat!

I went last night with a group of friends, ten of us in total. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door (we had booked), our waitress was very good and made us feel really looked after. The food was quick, especially considering... more

A first class experience. From the moment we arrived at the door we were greeted warmly, shown to our table. Our waitress was lovely and we enjoyed a drink before we ordered (at our request). The food was great and we did not feel pressured to vacate our table once we had finished. Food = great,... more

I went with a large party of friends last night for a birthday do. We had booked and our table was ready for us when we arrived. We were quickly attended to by our waitress. The food was very good. Everything was hot and tasty, which some other restaurants seem to struggle to achieve for large... more

Looking at the rest of the reviews I think it comes down to this. If you have been in TGI's before you'll think its rubbish in comparison....(which it is) and if you’ve never been in one before you may like it. (but I would recommend you visiting one outside Belfast to see what they are... more

Awful!!!! Food was such bad value for money. I ordered a chicken and sauce with mash dish. My partner ordered a cheese burger and chips. Hers resembled something not even up to McDonalds standards (and she got to pay £9 for the pleasure) my £12 tasteless dish I didn’t even finish its stingy... more

After reading mixed reviews on here about TGI's, I was sceptical when my work crew decided to have a night out here. However, I have to say we had a fantastic night on friday just gone. The buzz in the restaurant was great, our waitress was attentive and coped well with such a large party. The... more

I have visited most of the eating places in Victoria Square, and I have to say the service in TGI's is the best of the lot. Food was all good and the restaurant looks good. Would visit again

Myself and a group of friends went on aturday night to TGI's. We hadn't booked, but decided to wait for a table, and have a couple of cocktails whilst we waited. This was my first time to TGI's in Belfast, and I/we were all impressed. I can't explain it, but there was just a good vibe. The food...

Just read the review below. We were also in TGI's on Saturday, (party of 10), and thought the food was very good and service good too, price reasanoble. Isn't it strange how different people can have a different experience on the same evnings. I did not find the place cold either.

I went to TGI Friday's last night after hearing so much about them. It's the first one in Northern Ireland, and I had never been to one before. Another vote for TGI Fridays here. I went last night with the Mrs and thought the food was excellent. We were shown straight to a table, and served quickly. Our food arrived about 10 mins later, and was piping hot. A good experience.

Had a party for my 16yr old daughter here last night. Service was fantastic. We had only booked for 12 but a few friends extra turned up, no problem when we arrived. Tables rearranged quickly by staff to accommodate us. Food was delivered to us quickly and was ALL good. Will definatly be back

Avoid like the plague!!! Food cold, almost 45 minutes to get our meal after ordering, ran out of beer and extremely unhelpful and rude management. Go elsewhere!!
