Staff was incredible, helpful and friendly, everything was clean and awesome. Beautiful building, location is really close to the center of town, kitchen is large and great for cooking. Wonderful hostel!

Friendly and sociable, chilled place with great music and decent kitchen. 6 bed dorm was pretty cramped though.

It was a really nice hostel but because it was the end of the ski season it was very quiet and they stopped serving breakfast. I imagine it is great when busy. Great showers and good dorms.

Cool place to stay. Real snowboarding vibe there if that´s your thing. I planned 8 nights - stayed 11. Too much alcohol consumed from the nearby ¨South Bar¨. Would happily recommend.

Good clean hostel with nice beds, showers, decent kitchen area and a cool lounge area to hang out in. The staff were really nice as well. The only slight complaint I would have is that the breakfast wasn´t great

Free WIFI, the best bunks we have stayed in on our travels and a lovely laid back atmosphere. Coupled with the fact that Paul had over 2000 class songs on his computer and was playing them over the hostel sound system. A1 hostel

Had a great stay here...beds where good and hostel kept nice and toasty for the cold days outside...hostel is smack bang in the middle of town with everything close by...staff where sound aswell...best ive come accross

good, no problems, except for the guy who decided to sit in the dorm with the light on late at night to talk to his friend while others were trying to sleep. surely thats what the lounge is for?

I spent a wonderful week at this hostel. Everything was absolutely perfect (no unexpected surprises) and the staff was very friendly. The excursions they offer are top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better week!

This hostel has a really good rep but I was not sure why - there is no real social aspect to it, no breakfast included and very limited internet facilities. Seemed a bit sterile to me. You can get a much better deal down the road at marco polo I think.

I stayed in another hostel which was nice but too small for the number of people it could hold. Hostel 41 Below is a small hostel with great staff, good dorms, but a bit hot in summer as they have no fans. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay

Best hostel in town! The staff (Hernan, Emilia, Martin and Paul) is sooo nice and helpful! I could have stayed there for a month! I'm gonna miss this place. Only downside is that breakfast is not included.

we went back a second time as we liked it so much. great place to use as a base for patagonia !! the staff are so friendly and helpful and most knowledgable about the area .. what else would you get from a kiwi-owned hostel !?

Great hostel but no locks on the doors is a definite downside. Not that I can imagine anyone taking anything, but sometimes the front door is open, so anyone could wander in.

WE loved our stay at Hostel 41 Below so much so we stayed on 2 separate occasions. Staff are really good and helped us loads with some problems we had booking trips! The location is great and the atmosphere both times was great as the people staying are nice. We had some good communal meals and...
