Great Studio in a Great location. The Studio was clean and of good size for two adults. Unfortunately no A/C and although it has a kitchen there was no dish soap or towels and there wasn't any soap for the laundry machine. Also the drain backed up and flooded the floor when we took a shower.... more Great Studio in a Great location. The Studio was clean and of good size for two adults. Unfortunately no A/C and although it has a kitchen there was no dish soap or towels and there wasn't any soap for the laundry machine. Also the drain backed up and flooded the floor when we took a shower. We were able to fix the problem quickly (we had too as there was water everywhere) however when we told the management company about it they did not reimburse us. Quite upsetting.close

this place is awesome great for 4 people to sleep if you require it kitchen ,bathroom washing machine , great location to the beach 20min to la ramblas etc .... only thing it would need is Air Conditioning or even a few fan cause it does get hot other than that its perfect

The apartment itself was nice and it was in a great location. However I was disapointed with the view from the balcony, on the website it shows a balcony with the sea at the end of the street, all we could seee was a big building. I was also annoyed that we had to pay 25 euro's for a cleaning... more The apartment itself was nice and it was in a great location. Great holiday! Location cant be better just between the gothic area (Rambla) and very near the beach. Pitty though the catalan people like to turn the beach in one whole ashtray:( Tip for staff: Put a (little) sign next to the door with Beach bum studios, phonenumber and the contact person... more Great holiday! Overall thought all was excellent apart from no a/c avaliable and the fact that the main lights in the appartment did not work.

very nice apartment shame about the builders waking us up every morning without fail. and the noisey person upstairs. over all the apartment was not worth the money and will never stay there again.

Lovely apartments, nicely finished [although still some work being done]. Great location and well furnished with all you could need. Downside was having to pay in cash on arrival - hanging around the streets with 100's of Euros... Lost rating for security due to the vulnerability I felt.
