The appartment is a really good choice if you want to hide away from Barcelona's busy streets. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped if you desire to cook your own food. Hence, if you want to meet other people and party this is the wrong adress.

Very good place, a bit off the city centre but not too far. Good connections with metro to access all the city. Well worth staying!

Overall good impresion. A little bit too far from main city attractions and also a noise appartment because of traffic.

I am very satisfied with the super service, cleanliness and location! The only thing that I didnt like-it was pretty loud ( the main street ). To my surprise I slept like a log:-) maybe because I went around 50km a day;-) On the whole VERY good!!

Good accomodation, clean, near the centre. However, don't forget to call them, otherwise, you'll have to stay outside like me! They don't have any receptionist!

Not a charmer but very clean and easy to get to via bus and metro (a bit too much walking for the main attractions). The rooms are a bit small but sufficient. They also have a couple of other apartments closer to Pl Catalunya.

Age group 14 to 60! Nice bright, clean apartment close to Diagonal metro station and very handy for Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). We really enjoyed our stay. We had booked all 4 rooms and expected to have the place to ourselves but found that a hostel representative was also staying at the apartment and also used the communal bathroom and kitchen. Claudia was very friendly and helpful but having an extra person sharing the facilites did make for some logistical issues. One room has an en-suite bathroom but water pressure is rather low so any other use of water in the apartment caused the shower to stop running. This meant effectively processing 9 people through one shower and made for slow starts in the mornings! Lack of a suitable communal area to eat and relax was also a shame but all in all we had a good stay and recommend the apartment.close

The Apartment is very pretty and clean, but not realy quiet. The staff was very friendly and nice. There are several underground-lines near the apartment, so that the location was quite good.

very clean, great location to access the metro and explore léixample. the building´s pipes make weird noises, but otherwise it´s not very loud (or social, probably due in part to sharing the floor with the landlord).

A very good adress for couples. My boyfriend and I spent the week end their and we fund it super clean, peacefull and in a perfect location. Don't know if they change the price in summer but we paied 20euros each, which sounded to me very good value.

This is a very good value for money, good located, between Catalunya Square and Sagranda Familia witch we could go walking. There are shop and bars along the street to chill-out.

The apartament is nice, in a good location.. Not far from a lot of interesting places. Is near the "Rute of Modernism" Two metro station in the area. Only a bad thing: the towels and the linen are not changed in 7 days..

The apartment was really nice (ensuite room) and clean. House was easy to access by walking from central Barcelona. Street was a bit noisy anyway (cars), but that's normal of course.

On our arrival we were kindly informed on all the 'local' attractions nearby, it was like talking wiith a friend. The location was excellent, the room clean and quiet.

Also if you have trouble calling them because the public phone is not working (as also happened to us) press the level 4 apartment buzzer in the hopes the owners are home! Make sure you also drop the area code before calling in Barcelon. One of the owners is American and very friendly and helpful with telling you some great places to go to and see. It is also nice to be able to speak to someone who knows english when you first arrive in Spain.close

A very nice stay in AptBcn1: very clean, nice and well located. Just a problem with the shower. The water was cold in the morning. I hope it will be repaired for the next travellers.
