The appartment lived up to our expectations. The location is brilliant. The noise from the street is limitted since it is a pedestrian area/ narrow paths. The staff is very friendly and helpful - all in all a very joyful stay in Barcelona. We will return for sure!

It's a very nice apartment, small but with character!The location is fantastic and you can walk anyway. I didn't find any inconvenient.It's full equiped with all you need for a short or even a long stay in Barcelona!I hardly recomend it!

Great place, great little apartment, make sure you call when your at the airport so you dont have to wait around. nice safe little area. walking distance to everything. close to main station. nice clean rooms. We had a few issues with our shower and after the second issue were upgraded to the most amazing Ampartment, we kinda felt like celebs. The Staff were amazing. Thanks!!!

I was over the moon when I got here!! it's lovely. It's in a quiet street with a little bar opposite but it's not noisey! It's in a really nice area and is close to the picasso museum. it's perfect if you want to come back and cook and even has a washing machine and tumble dryer!! big comfortable... more I was over the moon when I got here!! it's lovely. The toilet comes with a good washing machine and dryer. The dryer helps to heat up the toilet a little, which can become too chilly sometimes. Fantastic view from the balcony at the rooftop. You can see many tourist attractions from there, like Sagrada Familia and a few other churches. The overhead lighting at the upper floor was rather dim, though, and the balcony has no lighting. The apartment is located in a rather dodgy place in an alley. The bar opposite the apartment can get rather rowdy at night too. However, it´s quite near to a quaint shopping area, about 5-10 mins walk from the apartment. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay at the apartment.close

Hi! The price/value was grate, but naturaly there was some surprice. The kitchen contains only the following: one pan, one sive, one corkscrew and one knife. (and 2 from plates and cutlerly). It was noisy at night, but that coudnt be helped as it was street sounds. Also the toilet seat was badly cracked, for something so easy to fix it gives a bad impresion. If it wasnt for that, cleanliness woud have got an "excellent". Overall it was great !

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location -- 10 minute walk from Las Ramblas, the beach, and a decent 20-30 minute walk from all of Gaudi's most famous buildings. Thoroughly enjoyed having our own kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, and satellite TV!

The location was fantastic, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. One of the main problems we had was getting the washer to work. There was no manual for the washer. We played around with it for an hour trying to figure out how to turn it on and thus just ended up washing our clothes with our hands. Also, it would be nice to just leave the keys in the apartment and not worry about meeting up with someone to get our deposit back. We had to check out around 8:30am to catch a flight, but had to go out of our way to coordinate picking up the deposit. Not to mention we were a little delayed because no one was available to meet up with us until 9:00am.close

We did not end up using much of the facilities, but if you plan to do, then the price is well worth it. The location is fantastic, right in the gothic quarter. Not noisy for the most part, unlike other apartments. It is in a back-alley though and can get spooky at nights (especially if you approach it from Carrer de Carders). But it's safe. We were a little scared early on, but encountered no problems. If you approach the apartments from Carrer de Comerc, no problems at all.close

Lovely stay in these cosy and confy apartments. Centrally located, really worth the money. I will definetely come back on my next trip to Barcelona and recommend it to all my friends.

The house and the appartement itself have been renovated recently, the interior is nice and IKEA style. It is located in the wonderful old gothic town a 5 minutes walk of the arc the triomph metro station and also the parc the ciutadella. To the Rambla it is a short walk of like 15 Minutes. The surrounding is not that overcrowded like othe parts of the city so if you want a little space to breath freely and relax of stressful days you have to go to this place. We can really recommend it to You. Our Contact Robert was very nice and friendly and arranged everything perfect. Thanx a lot.close

This was a studio in the Borne area. Borne is really nice and pretty, lots of cool restaurants/bars very close by. Studio was basic but nice for us as a couple on a short stay. The apartment had lots of storage space (for clothes etc), a double bed, bathroom with washing maching and tumble dryer and a kitchen (tucked away in a cupboard!) with everything needed to cook a meal. We were given the keys and left to our own devices but the guy managing the apartments (Archie) was available to call if there were any problems (which there weren't). Great choice if you want to stay centrally, relatively cheaply and would like to have the facilities to cook for yourself now and then (definitely avoids all the restaurant queing and there's a fabulous fresh food market off the ramblas)close
