“ On the whole our stay was very pleasant. It suited us very well for the few nights we were there. Towels were provided and changed once during our stay which was good. An iron would have been a good accessory to have as we ended up buying a travel one. Great location! ”

“ nice room; 2 windows (!); good location. there is some noise during nights, but its normal in gothic quarter. plus no noise with closed windows. BUT for 90 euros per room i would expect much more clean bathroom!! there is lcd tv + some kind of sat tv but channles are only in spanish language. ”

These six stylish studios for one or two people are in a beautiful apartment building located in the best part of the Gothic Quarter or centre of Barcelona,¨El Born¨, a place with special atmosphere, full of narrow, winding streets. It's renowned for its great variety of charming restaurants, offering quality 'tapas', Mediterranean cuisine, and the best seafood in town. There are also plenty of bars with their own 'terrazas' that give El Born its modern, artistic and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Just a few streets away, you will find art galleries, artist's studios, designer shops, museums such as the Picasso, Textile Museums and much more.... Six studios with private lift make this a modern building; the place to stay in while in Barcelona! Located steps away from Barcelona Cathedral and little more from Las Ramblas and the sea. Please Note: There is a deposit charge of 50€ Check in time is from 15:00 to 24:00. Bookings made the same day or 24h prior arrival must be confirmed by telephone directly with the property.
