Very very nice and helpful staff. Excellent service... good 2 star hotel... could ask for more. Got terrible experience when arriving in Barcelona but the staff and the hotel make life a bit easier thank you...

If you are fit this hotel is in an excellent location. 10 minutes walk from Av Diagonal where you can get metro or bus. Even closer to the shops. Also a supermarket right next door to stock your fridge. We managed to walk to Noucamp stadium on first day. The red/blue/green open top tour buses are excellent value for money and allow you to see all the sights of barcelona. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended if you are prepared to walk to main transport facilities.close

Nice place in Barcellona, in the Eixample area. The room is very clean and with air conditioning. The breakfast is not included in the price, and actually not worth of paying any extra money.

Definitely a great place for young couples! Very good retribution for what you pay. You have to walk a little bit to get to the metro station Diagonal and its a bit far from main attractions. But other than location we thought it was fantastic!

A really good hotel. A little on the expensive side, but definitely a little nicer to make up for it. Not too far from the main attractions of Barcelona, and pretty close to a Metro stop, too. Very clean and very secure, and very helpful staff. There was even free (pretty good) music...

Located in the CBD rather than the tourist area, SHORT walk to great shopping and EXCELLENT for Gaudi fans... Staff were A++ very helpful to my partner and i who speak no spanish. Room was immaculate, bathroom HUGE, free internet in your room but BYO ethernet cable. A little expensive but...

The hotel was lovely and modern, clean and the breakfast terraza is gorgeous!! Soaking up the rays as you have your cofee!! Really recommend the hotel, excellent location for all parts of the city!

This is a very nice hotel. Clean and new rooms. Bathrooms were the best we´ve had in Spain. The location is more of a business district, but it´s a 5 min. walk to the metro which takes you anywhere. And the offer free internet!

Taxi (approx 25 Euro, fairly done by meter) is recommended for transferring to/from the airport as it is a couple of transfers from the airport bus line to a local train and a 10 min walk as well from the train station itself - a bit hard with a lot of luggage! It was very clean with all the typical hotel services. (NB didn't have tea/coffee making - which was not available at any of the European hotels we stayed in).close

This is a fantastic hotel at very affordable prices. The rooms are kept in immaculate condition, clean, bright and appealing to stay in. The staff were very friendly and warm. I would reccommend a stay in Hotel Confort to anyone.

An excellently presented, clean friendly well equiped medium budget hotel. Located just outside the city centre means you don't get constant noise from traffic etc. Loved it - will definitely be going back!

Awesome value! Highly reccomended! Great bathroom supplied with bubble bath soap! Very clean and LUXURIOUS. Hard to believe its only 35 Euro a night on weekend!

I thought this place was great. It is probably not the best place to meet people but if you are coming with a group of friends and are happy not meeting anyone at the hotel it is great. A fantastic communal area and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. A supurb hostelworld find.

It is a beautifully appointed hotel, with marble floors, nice wood paneling in the rooms, ac, great bathrooms and showers. Compared with every other hotel I´ve stayed in in Europe in this price range, Medium Confort is luxurious. The one significant drawback is the hotel´s distance from Barrie Gotic and the beach...at least a half hour long walk. On the way to Cuitat Veilla, this trek doesn´t seem too onerous, but staggering back uphill at three in the morning is not fun. Mildly snooty staff too.close
