The owner is really helpful and sympathetic. The apartment is well equipped with all possible machines and is very nice. The rooms are not too big, unfortunatly. Well, we had a great time with my sun (15)!

DO NOT STAY HERE...they say to call a number when you reach Barcalona, this was done with many e-mails and messages left on the answering machine with no answer. Waiting on the streets of Barcalona at 10pm had to find another place to stay. All that was done was an e-mail 3 days latter saying... more DO NOT STAY HERE...they say to call a number when you reach Barcalona, this was done with many e-mails and messages left on the answering machine with no answer. All that was done was an e-mail 3 days latter saying she left someone in charge of our checkin who quote "is incabable and thought this might happen" Do yourself a favor and dont stay here what ever you do.close

The apt was everything we could have ever wanted and more. It was in a great location that was close to the metro and in a peaceful location. Patricia was very helpful and made us feel at home. Also, having the place to ourselves for 2 nights was an added bonus.

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN!!!!!!! We arrived just after 9pm and had to wait 45 mins before the lady arrived. Went to the Cafe next door and they said she is always unreliable and late... The bedroom was like a shoe box, no privacy as you could see into the lounge room from this tiny... more THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED IN!!!!!!! We arrived just after 9pm and had to wait 45 mins before the lady arrived. Went to the Cafe next door and they said she is always unreliable and late... The bedroom was like a shoe box, no privacy as you could see into the lounge room from this tiny bedroom which smelt of foot odour. The Bathroom smelt of urine and there was not always hot water... When we arrived the first night she charged us 25 euro for arriving after 9pm and I think it is 50-7close

Fantastic location and the owner was very helpful, nice, and a lot of fun! The apartment was MUCH nicer than the photos show! Very central location -- would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Barcelona!

If you book 'en-suite room' please note that it only contains sink which is located on the outside terrace. The apartment is not easily found so make sure you speak to Patricia before you arrive.

fabulous place for a city break! Central, wonderfully comfortable flat with all amentities required for our stay. The attention and welcome from the owner was excellent! We will definitely recommend this apartment to all our friends!

Great place to stay...BOOK IT!!!! Welcoming, cozy a real house...with the best shower EVER!!!!!! OH and the kitchen is well umm AMAZING!!!!!
