I did enjoy my stay, although roon service was very slow and took 50 minutes to get to my room. Very helpful at receptionist when checking out. Not much fun and location far from night life. Carpet in room very stained and floor had not been cleaned, ants in the bathroom.

Very kind and helpful staff but the hostel is just too far from downtown. No restaurants around. #11 bus works but just takes too long.

It's nice enuff but when they say 'airport pickup' what they actually mean is NO airport pickup even tho they state it twice! Also, if u want to be able to get into town expect a fairly long cab ride as they fail to mention that they are nowhere near the centre itself. Other than that it is a...

ok hotel, easy and cheap by taxi-meter/skytrain in to the city, a lot worse getting back as taxi-drivers refused to use meter because it was to far away and they would not get paid on their long way back to the center of Bangkok. Nice staff and my 6 year old son really liked staying there.

Everything in the restaurant tasted of chilli paste even the Italian spaghetti bolognaise!!! Door staff were very polite. Although it is far out of the city centre it is worth it to find a bit of quiet in such a hectic place

It is a bit far from anything and transportation was very expensive. As was the food! But still it was a nice place to stay.

Taxi Driver unable to find hostel so therfore had to find alternative accomodation. The telephone number listed was also incorrect! We suggest much clearer directions are given.

It is a great hotel, but it is known as BAAN SURI by the cabs. Rama Place is not to be found. It is clean an the staff is very nice, but it is not downtown. Ryan

The hotel made claims about not being far from the airport and gave directions indicating that it was pretty accessible via expressway. However, the transfer they provided didn't take the expressway so the trip was well over an hour and he had no idea where the hotel was. Hi, The staff are very friendly here and they even gave us a complimentary dish from the restuarant which was very nice, we ate it whilst enjoying music from a small orchestra. I e-mailed them from Hong Kong about 5 hours before we were due to check in to arrange pick up from the airport, a bit late but at Bangkok we were met by one of their drivers, that took the hassle out of trying to find the hotel which turned out to be quite far from the centre of Bangkok. The room we stayed in was very big and the bed huge but the bathroom could have done with some minor maintanance although it ws clean. A very pleasant place to stay for about a day or 2 but i would not recommend any longer than that, espiecally if you are interested in exploring bangkok every day. Thanks Craigclose
