I was unable to stay at the Parthenon Hotel due to the death of my father. He died the day we were to leave for Greece, so we never got on the plane to make the trip. I contacted the hotel and cancelled through them, so I hope that this is adequate. They suggested I contact your agency and cancel through you, but that is not my understanding. I was away dealing with funeral arrangements until just yesterday, and had no way of accessing a computer to even be able to contact you. Please let me know if there will be any complications. My understanding is that I will only be charged the 10% booking fee (which was assessed when I made the reservation) and nothing else. Please let me know via e-mail at george.geranios@vansd.org.
