Modeled after the fifteen restaurant in London, it was opened in 2004 by Jamie Oliver. It is a large restaurant with a cosmopolitan style to it and there is seating for over 200 people. Within the main restaurant there is a Lounge and Trattoria.

Having heard about the London equivalent (and never experiencing it for myself) I was dying to try this branch in Amsterdam. We took a taxi out from the centre as it was quite far out, it was dark and raining though so was hard to get a feel for the area it was in! The restaurant itself is very...
more very impressive, one large room with a small bar where you can wait for your table. There are massive chandeliers scattered throughout the room and the kitchen is in full view of everyone with “fifteen” written in graffiti on coloured corrugated iron above it. While the food was delicious I found the service to be terrible. Fifteen in Amsterdam is a very nice experience.Very high quality ingredients leading to a very nice tasting meal. The service is quite slow so don't go there unless you have lots of time. We had time and enjoyed having time between the meals. Nice thing to be able to see the cooks work in the kitchen..
